Heidi Fokine and Ellen Kaplow join forces for their 3rd European yoga adventure this time one hour outside Barcelona, Spain at the dreamy Can Vital which offers a beautiful setting, Hygge vibe and our own private chef. 2 deep yoga classes/day, nurturing food, a day at the beach, long walks in the countryside or rent a bike. A time to relax, breathe and reconnect.
